Know before you go

• What to bring:
  • Hiking shoes or, if unavailable, closed-toe athletic shoes.
  • Sunscreen.
  • Something to eat (a sandwich, fruit, or energy bar).
  • 1.5 liters of drinking water.
• This is a group activity for up to 8–16 people (ratio of 1 guide to 8 participants).
• Children under 18 must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardian.
• Open only to children over 13 years of age. The number of spots available for children is limited to 4–8 per activity.
• Not recommended for people who have recently suffered an injury, pregnant women, people with limited mobility, or people with heart or back conditions. You should not be overly afraid of heights.
• The course of this excursion depends on weather conditions, terrain, and the participants. Any significant change in any of these conditions may result in a modification of the activity, at the guide’s discretion.
• We offer a free pick-up and drop-off service to and from your hotel only in the following areas and at the following times:
  • 7:30 a.m. in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.
  • 8:15 a.m.: Puerto de Mogán, Taurito, Playa del Cura, and Amadores Beach.
  • 8:25 a.m.: Puerto Rico, Patalavaca, and Arguineguín.
  • 8:35 a.m.: Meloneras.
  • 8:40 a.m.: Maspalomas, Sonneland, and Playa del Inglés.
  • 8:50 a.m.: San Agustín, Playa del Águila, and Bahía Feliz.
• PLEASE NOTE: Please arrive 15 minutes before your pickup time at the meeting point you have chosen. You must provide the exact name of your accommodation at the time of booking. Passengers are responsible for being ready and visible at the time of pickup. Please call us at the number listed on your booking confirmation if you anticipate being late for your pickup.
• Pickups may occur earlier or later than scheduled, with delays of up to 20 minutes, depending on traffic and/or exceptional circumstances beyond Climbo’s control. We will do our best to contact you if we anticipate a delay of more than 20 minutes from the scheduled pickup time.
  The return time for your excursion depends on how the morning unfolds and may vary for several reasons beyond Climbo’s control. Climbo accepts no liability for any delays in returning passengers to their pickup location, connecting excursion, or departure point.
