Discover the hidden treasures of Gran Canaria: explore Firgas, go hiking in the Dorama Forest, visit a sustainable farm, relax in volcanic pools, and discover the island’s unique biodiversity on this immersive eco-tour.

What’s included:

  • Dive into the heart of Gran Canaria’s lush vegetation with “The Rainforest Tour,” a journey to discover the island’s rich ecological and cultural heritage.
  • Start in the historic town of Firgas, nicknamed the “City of Water,” where you’ll explore ancient water mills and admire panoramic views of the Atlantic.
  • Continue on to the Azuaje Ravine, nestled in the heart of the remnants of the ancient Doramas Forest, where you’ll embark on an adventurous hike through lush laurel forests, cross crystal-clear streams, and discover unique biodiversity. Along the way, explore the intriguing ruins of the Azuaje thermal baths, hidden at the bottom of the ravine, which offer a captivating glimpse into the island’s rich history.
  • The tour will then take you to Ecofinca Ventana Verde, a model of sustainable agriculture, where you’ll sample local organic products and learn about environmentally friendly farming practices.
  • Finally, unwind in the natural pools of El Puertillo, where you can relax in basins carved from volcanic rock and admire breathtaking views of the ocean—the perfect way to end a day of exploration and discovery.
