Join Solène, a pastry chef, for a behind-the-scenes look at how to make your own homemade spread. A treat that’s perfect for any snack time!

Workshop itinerary (1 hour):

• Explanation of the different steps, equipment, and ingredients.
• Preparing the ingredients, including roasting the hazelnuts. They’ll then be blended into a smooth paste, which will form the base of your spread.
• You’ll also take part in a chocolate tasting while the hazelnuts are being prepared.
