Join Solène, a pastry chef, for a behind-the-scenes look at how a chocolate bar and personalized "mendiants" are made.

Workshop itinerary (1 hour):

• You can choose to work with milk chocolate or dark chocolate, depending on your preference. You’ll have 200 g of chocolate to make a 100 g bar and 100 g of mendiants.
• You’ll learn how to temper and work with chocolate.
• You’ll also be able to enhance your creations with various ingredients: pistachios, speculoos, pink praline, nibs, hazelnuts…
• While the chocolate cools, you’ll take part in a tasting of about ten different chocolates, ranging from raw cacao beans to more indulgent varieties.

You’ll leave with your creations beautifully packaged and ready to enjoy!
