Your survival course in the Mercantour

Duration: 3 days / 2 nights - From 18 years of age

During this course, you'll explore the Mercantour national park, just 1 hour from Nice. You'll discover unique landscapes, rich flora and fauna that will amaze you.

Your guide: you will be accompanied by Cyril or a member of his team. All our guides are qualified professionals who know the area inside out.

You will learn :

• Finding your way around: reading a map, locating points of interest and defining your itinerary (Azimuth), using a compass, etc.
• Setting up camp: topographical selection, setting up camp, making tools, building a fire
• Food: finding food and drink, making a trap, finding drinking water, finding edible plants, preparing food from A to Z
• First aid: warning, first aid, moving forward with a handicap, etc.
• Miscellaneous: main constellations, finding your way, learning knots, understanding clouds and forecasting the weather.
