Course of the activity :

• Working on breathing, the mother connects with her body, her baby and her sensations.
• Gentle sequence of postures totally adapted to pregnant women.
• The session ends with deep relaxation in the hammock and a sound bath, lulled by the vibrations of Tibetan bowls.
