On the menu: how to make homemade gyozas and spicy udon noodles... Cécile, our chef, gives you all her techniques and tips to make your Asian cooking a success!

Course of the workshop :

  • Cécile will share her secrets with you on how to make the dough for your gyozas, how to fold and stuff them, and how to cook them so that they're crisp and soft.
  • You can also prepare spicy udon noodles!
  • You'll also cook a delicious Thai broth inspired by the recipe of Michelin-starred chef Thierry Renou.
  • You'll discover the best Thai broth Cécile has ever tasted.
  • It's also an opportunity to discover new Asian-flavored ingredients (keffir lime, ginger, coconut, lemongrass, etc.).

Magnificent first cooking class with my Mum. Asian workshop: udon noodles, Thai broth, mushroom gyozas and airy cheesecake. The recipes were absolutely delicious and Audrey is an excellent chef ;) Try it with your eyes closed!
