A 2h30 creative interlude to design a unique door plaque, made with your own hands!

Course of the workshop (2h30):

• The workshop begins with a discovery of the material and tools, accompanied by simple explanations about ceramics. This first step enables participants to better understand how their creation will take shape from clay.
• With the help of an inspiration notebook, each participant imagines the style, text and details of his or her door plaque, before moving on to the shaping.
• Eloïse will then guide participants step by step through the plate technique: spreading, cutting and adjusting the shape to create a harmonious, solid base.
• The experience continues with personalization: inscribing a number, a name or any other desired element.
• Participants can then add reliefs, characters or motifs, to make their creation unique thanks to the various decorating techniques on offer.
• At the end of the session, each participant chooses the enamel color from among several proposals.

Eloïse then takes care of the drying, the two firings and the enameling. The work is available 6 to 8 weeks later, ready to find its place by the door or in everyone's home.
