Course of the workshop (8h):

• First, you'll learn how to make choux pastry for vanilla religieuses.
• Then you'll move on to making entremets, creating a Trianon.
• You'll continue with a timeless classic of French pastry-making, creating a tart of the highest quality: a lemon meringue tart.
• And to round off the day in style, you'll make croissants and pains au chocolat in the traditional way!

Through these 4 themes, you'll learn a multitude of techniques that you can use to create delicious pastries at home!
