Olena is totally unprofessional. She arrived more than 20 minutes late, then "taught" for 25 minutes, only to storm out of the studio, leaving us alone for most of the session. We could hear her cooking, washing up and eating from the side of the room. At the end there was no label or paper to mark our bowls and he didn't even ask us to identify what we'd done. 1 and a half months later, we asked to come back and pick them up with the glazing done, since it had been over two weeks. On the spot, she tells us we have to look for them ourselves, because she has a lot of bowls and doesn't know which is which. The mesh in the first bowl is neither done nor to be done, amateur work. The second one hasn't been done for over a month and a half. And she laughingly retorts "C'est la vie". In short, don't go.

The experience was a little bizarre, as we were left to our own devices for two hours after ten minutes of explanations. The cups at the end are beautiful, but we're not really the creators, since she ends up doing it for us, without helping us to do it ourselves... We'll try elsewhere next time.

Mixed experience Teacher wasn't very patient and didn't explain too much. The exchanges to get our parts back were rather unpleasant and the parts stained at the end. Too bad it could have been good, the studio is pretty.

Good experience where we were able to try both modeling and turning. Olena is a good listener and available to help and explain.
