Treat your child to a fun and creative experience with this ceramics and clay-modeling workshop designed especially for children. In a supportive and inspiring atmosphere, young participants will discover the joy of working with clay and creating a one-of-a-kind piece with their own hands. It’s the perfect activity to spark their imagination, develop fine motor skills, and let them take home a creation they’ll be proud of.

Workshop Schedule:

Welcome the children and introduce them to the clay and the various creative possibilities.
Introduction to simple hand-buildingtechniques : rolling, flattening, assembling, and shaping the clay.
Creation of a small decorative object, an animal, a character, or a creation inspired by their imagination. In one session, the instructor will apply a transparent glaze afterward. Over two sessions, participants will have the opportunity to refine their sculpture and add a colored engobe.
Step-by-step guidance to help each child develop their project and discover the basics of pottery in a fun and accessible way.
Add decorative details and textures to personalize the creation and make it even more unique.
The pieces are then left to dry and fired at the studio before being picked up at a later date.

Combining artistic exploration, working with clay, and the pride of creating a one-of-a-kind object, children enjoy an enriching experience that allows them to fully express their creativity while taking home a keepsake they made with their own hands.
