Activity description :

Treat yourself to a truly creative escape and immerse yourself in the world of ceramics. During this workshop, you’ll take the time to design, shape, and decorate your own creations while discovering the essential techniques of clay modeling. With step-by-step guidance, you’ll give free rein to your imagination to create unique pieces that are both personal and durable. A rewarding and relaxing experience, perfect for disconnecting from daily life and unleashing your creativity.

Activity Schedule (6 hours):

  • 1st Half-Day (3.5 hours):Creating your pieces: using 3 different modeling techniques. This session allows you to create 2 to 3 objects of your choice using the slab, pinch, or coil techniques. The instructor will guide you through the process of creating your pieces.
  • Second half-day (2 hours 30 minutes): Decorating your pieces: The instructor will guide you with numerous decoration examples so you can experiment as you please, usingengobes (clay paints) created by the studio and tools for making impressions, sgraffito, drawings, and more.

Combining discovery, experimentation, and the joy of creating with your own hands, this workshop is a wonderful opportunity to treat yourself to an artistic break and leave with unique pieces you’ve made yourself.
