Children's glass bead workshop in Daux (31)

Activity description :

Introduce your child to a rare discipline: shaping glass with a flame! During this workshop, your child will have the chance to discover how to create his or her own glass beads, and will leave with his or her own unique object.

Course of the workshop (1h15) :

• Introduction to the art of beading and the shaping of Murano glass.
• After reviewing the safety instructions, your child will choose the type of bead he or she wishes to create: colors and decorations.
• Audrey will show your child how to create a glass bead using a blowtorch, to create the decorations that will be applied while hot.
• Your child will leave with his or her own unique bead!

For young and old alike, creating glass marbles is a real pleasure!
