To get away from the traditional industrial beers identified by the color of their color and not by their style, this workshop invites you to taste only craft beers, in different styles, while learning what determines the taste and different flavors during the manufacturing process.

Course of the workshop (2h):

• Introduction to the world of brewing: presentation of the main beer families and the differences between industrial and craft beers.
• Guided tasting: explore several styles of craft beer to discover their rich aromas and textures.
• Discover the brewing process: learn about the ingredients, yeasts, malts and hops that shape the taste of each beer.
• Discussions and sharing: a friendly chat about favorite styles, current trends and food and beer pairings.
