A little-known spirit often confused with other alcohols, Japanese sake is similar to wine and offers an exceptional range of aromas.

Course of the workshop (2h):

• Introduction to Japanese sake: presentation of this emblematic, often misunderstood spirit and its different varieties.
• Guided tasting: discovery of several sakes with different aromatic profiles, from the sweetest to the driest.
• Cultural and technical insight: explanations of how sake is made, the types of rice used, yeasts and Japanese traditions associated with sake.
• Exchange and conviviality: sharing anecdotes, tasting tips and food and sake pairings to extend the experience.
