Enter the gourmet world of Julien, a qualified pastry chef, who welcomes you to a convivial workshop on Yule logs. In a warm atmosphere, he enthusiastically shares his tips and know-how to help you master this emblematic pastry.

Workshop schedule (3h):

Welcome 10 minutes before the event with soft drinks, fruit juices, hot beverages (coffee, tea...) and small pastries.
Creation of the following recipes: Christmas log with exotic fruits
Learn fillings and techniques for tasty, well-balanced macaroons
On-site tasting (accompanied by a glass of champagne)

During this workshop, the chef will share his knowledge with you and guide you step-by-step in the creation of these logs.
