Step into the culinary world of Clément, a certified chef, who welcomes you to a special Christmas workshop. In a warm and inviting atmosphere, he enthusiastically shares his tips and expertise!

Workshop Schedule (5 hours):

• Check-in 10 minutes before the event with soft drinks, fruit juice, hot beverages (coffee, tea, etc.), and pastries
• Preparation of the following recipes:
• Open saffron ravioli (homemade pasta) with scallops, finely diced vegetables, Parmesan espuma, crushed hazelnuts, and grated truffles
• Orange-marinated duck breast, orange sauce, sweet potato purée, and oven-roasted carrots and parsnips
• Individual Mont Blanc (meringue, whipped cream, and chestnut cream)
• Tasting on site (accompanied by a glass of champagne)
