Enter the gourmet world of certified chef Clément, who welcomes you to a special Christmas workshop. In a warm atmosphere, he enthusiastically shares his tips and know-how!

Workshop schedule (5h) :

• Welcome 10 minutes before the event with soft drinks, fruit juices, hot beverages (coffee, tea...) and small pastries
• Preparation of the following recipes:
• Open saffron ravioli (homemade pastry) with scallops, vegetable brunoise, parmesan espuma, crushed hazelnuts and grated truffles
• Duck breast marinated in orange, orange sauce, sweet potato purée, oven-roasted carrots and parsnips
• Individual Mont-Blanc (Meringue, chantilly and chestnut cream)
• On-site tasting (accompanied by a glass of champagne)

During this workshop, the chef will pass on his knowledge and guide you step by step!
