Enter the gourmet world of Clément, a qualified pastry chef, who welcomes you to a convivial macaroon workshop. In a warm atmosphere, he enthusiastically shares his tips and know-how to help you master this emblematic pastry.
Workshop schedule (3h):
- Welcome 10 minutes before the event with soft drinks, fruit juices, hot beverages (coffee, tea...) and small pastries
- Creation of the following recipes: chocolate macaroons, Christmas spices and foie gras macaroons (red onion confit with port wine and cube of foie gras)
- Learn fillings and techniques for tasty, well-balanced macaroons
- On-site tasting (accompanied by a glass of champagne)
During this workshop, the chef will share his knowledge with you and guide you step-by-step in the creation of these sumptuous macaroons.
