This cooking course will enable you to prepare a complete gastronomic menu , including wine and food pairings for tasting. You'll discover the secrets of some of the world's finest restaurants, and tackle different themes with each class: seasonal cuisine, southwestern cuisine...

Course of the activity (3h) :

• Welcome to the workshop to meet Didier, your chef.
• Presentation of the day's recipes and the ingredients you'll be using.
• Preparing the dishes with the chef's advice and the various techniques you'll learn.
• Sample menu: Bites of scallops and onion confit; Fine chestnut tart, pan-fried foie gras and lamb's lettuce salad; Guinea-fowl moelleux with langoustines, hearty jus; Entremet chocolat coeur de Guanaja with Dulcey chocolate cream.
• On-site tasting with wine pairing and complimentary champagne/coffee.
