Meet us at the Unplug Bar in the 8ᵉ arrondissement of Paris, an immersive cocktail bar dedicated to travel and experimentation. During this workshop, plunge into the creative world of mixology and discover the secrets of cocktail creation through a fun, sensory and participatory experience.
Accompanied by a professional mixologist, you'll learn how to balance flavors, use bar tools and make your own cocktail creations.

Workshop schedule (1h30):

• Introduction to mixology and the world of cocktails
• Introduction to the basics of mixology: balancing flavors, cocktail families and the role of ingredients
• Introduction to bar tools and techniques: shaker, stirring, dosage, dilution and working with aromas.
• Creation of 3 creative cocktails per person, guided step-by-step by the mixologist, using in-house products developed in the bar's laboratory.
• Tasting of cocktails and explanation of the origin of ingredients and aromatic choices
• Discover the cocktail show with aromatic smoke and visual effects to enhance your creations.
• The workshop is accessible with or without alcohol, thanks to non-alcoholic spirits and in-house products that can be used to make the same creations.

An immersive and convivial experience to discover the art of mixology and leave with techniques that are easy to reproduce at home.
