Head to the Unplug Bar in Paris’s 8th arrondissement, an immersive cocktail bar dedicated to travel and experimentation. During this workshop, immerse yourself in the creative world of mixology and discover the secrets of cocktail creation through a fun, sensory, and hands-on experience.
Guided by a professional mixologist, you’ll learn how to balance flavors, use bar tools, and craft your own original cocktails.

Workshop itinerary (2 hours):

• Introduction to mixology and an exploration of the world of cocktails
• Presentation of the basics of mixology: flavor balance, cocktail families, and the role of ingredients
• Exploration of bar tools and techniques: shaking, stirring, measuring, dilution, and working with flavors
• Preparation of 3 original cocktails per person, guided step-by-step by the mixologist, using house-made ingredients crafted in the bar’s laboratory
• Tasting of the cocktails and explanation of the origins of the ingredients and flavor choices
• Experience a cocktail show featuring aromatic smoke and visual effects to enhance the creations
• The workshop is available with or without alcohol, thanks to non-alcoholic spirits and house-made products that allow you to create the same cocktails.
