Just 15 minutes from Lille, join Marlène in her workshop for an introduction to clay modeling, a sensory and creative experience that lets you bring your ideas to life with your hands. Model, express yourself, create!

Workshop schedule (2h)

• Discovery of clay and modeling tools, as well as essential gestures for shaping, hollowing and smoothing.
• Learn how to create volume: create a simple shape (animal, character, object) and understand the balance of proportions.
• Personalizing and detailing: refine the shape, add textures, motifs and decorative elements.
• Finishing and preparation for firing: hollowing if necessary, smoothing or patinating the surface.

You'll leave withthe satisfaction of having explored your creativity and shaped your own creation in clay, a practice that's at once playful, meditative and deeply rewarding.
