An introduction to the basics of aromatherapy and herbal medicine, an exploration of natural raw materials, and the creation of your own blend (such as a massage oil, an essential oil balm, or a pillow mist...) that you’ll take home with you.

• Introduction to proper usage, precautions, and safety measures.
• Exploration of plants and essential oils based on the workshop’s theme.
• Hands-on activity: creating a natural product (your choice depending on the workshop: massage oil, an essential oil balm, or a pillow mist...).
• Different themes are explored throughout the seasons: Preparing for Winter, Restoring Calm and Serenity, Relieving Tension, Enjoying Summer.
• Discussions and personalized advice to help you continue the experience at home.
