Join Caroline in her studio for an introduction to glassblowing! This private workshop immerses you in the world of glass drawing and glassblowing—two techniques that transform glass into unique, luminous pieces. Caroline draws inspiration from nature—delicate flowers, small animals, and original decorative objects—but everyone finds their own creative path.

Workshop itinerary:

  • Introduction to the craft and materials: you’ll test the glass, feel the material, and understand how it reacts to the flame.
  • Discussion with Caroline to decide on the piece you’d like to create: filigree, glassblowing, or a combination of both. If you’re unsure, she’ll show you various examples and techniques before guiding you toward a creation that suits you.
  • Preparation and working with the glass over the flame, with personalized guidance from Caroline.
  • Shaping your piece: a glass object, a small decorative item, or a creation inspired by nature.
  • Finishing touches and collecting your creation.

You’ll leave with a one-of-a-kind creation, made with your own hands. In some cases, an additional firing may be necessary; Caroline will then explain how to pick up your piece. A unique and inspiring workshop, perfect for discovering the art of glassblowing with a torch!
