Discover the joys of pottery and rediscover the pleasure of working with clay with your own hands! Hypnotic and fun, the potter’s wheel requires a few precise movements and a bit of perseverance to create a piece. With Ines as your guide, you’ll learn the different steps of wheel-throwing and progress at your own pace, whether you’re a beginner or looking to refine your technique.

Workshop Overview

  • An introduction to the world of pottery and a demonstration of how the potter’s wheel works.
  • Learn the essential techniques for preparing and kneading the clay.
  • Introduction to centering and learning techniques for building a cylinder on the wheel.
  • Hands-on practice and creation of your own piece with personalized guidance from Ines.
  • Instruction tailored to your skill level, with a learning path designed to meet your needs and support your independence.
  • Your piece will then be finished, fired, and glazed by a member of the studio.
  • You’ll be able to pick up your creation a few weeks later.

A creative and immersive workshop, perfect for discovering the potter’s wheel, reconnecting with the material, and learning a new craft in a supportive atmosphere.
