Woodcarver Clémence welcomes you to Compiegne for a half-day introductory woodcarving workshop! She'll introduce you to the world of sculpture in a friendly atmosphere!

Course of the workshop (3h30) :

• Welcome by Clémence, who will explain the course of the workshop.
• Learn about wood grain, tools (hollow gouges, meplates and chisels) and techniques to quickly produce satisfactory work.
• Explanation of lighting and hand positions for safe working.
• Choose from several decorativemotifs to carve a personalized mini-painting (~3 cm x 6 cm)
• Your creation can be colored with ink if you wish.

You'll leave with your creation and a new know-how!
