Immerse yourself in the history and variety of Japanese sake through our tasting workshop!

Course of the workshop (2h):

• Introduction to Japanese sake (Nihonshu), its history, origins and production stages.
• Discover the brewing process: learn how sake, a fermented beverage with around 15% alcohol, is produced with the same care as beer and enjoyed with the delicacy of wine.
• Taste several styles of sake (dry, fruity, floral...) and learn to identify their aromas, textures and culinary pairings.
