Activity description :

Your chef will meet you at the Marché des Carmes at 8am to meet producers and shopkeepers. You'll visit the market with the chef, then head to the workshop in the heart of Toulouse to work with and transform all these fresh, seasonal products.

Over the course of 3 hours, you'll create a complete 3-course menu (starter/main course/dessert), which you can then enjoy at the workshop. 1 glass of wine and a coffee are included.

Course of the activity (1h at the market + 3h at the workshop) :

• Presentation of the day's recipes.
• You'll learn how to prepare your dishes using the chef's advice and various techniques: how to remove the bones from a fish fillet, how to make hazelnut butter, how to prepare fresh herbs...
• You'll then enjoy your dishes together at the workshop, accompanied by a glass of wine and a coffee.
