Leather computer cover workshop in Lyon 1er

Elsa welcomes you to her workshop in the heart of Lyon, where you'll discover the art of leatherwork through a workshop in which you'll make your own computer cover in leather and thick felt (with initials), which you'll take home with you.

Workshop schedule (4h) :

• Presentation of the different leathers and workshop schedule
• Choice of leather and size of cover (13" or 15/16")
• Tracing, leather cutting and personalization with initials (heat press)
• Fitting accessories (top magnets)
• Working the edges: dyeing, plating and sanding
• Gluing and placing leather on felt
• Stitching leather to felt (triple-drive sewing machine)
• Contourgluing and stitching around the cover
• Finishing: burning threads and checking details

Whether you're with family, friends or a couple, our leatherwork workshop will delight you, and you' ll leave with your own creation!
