Activity description :

Come and take part in a DIY workshop with an artisan leatherworker in the 6th arrondissement of Paris! During this workshop, you'll make small leather goods (and even a bag) with Hagop.

Workshop schedule (2h30 to 4h):

Familiarization with tools: scissors, foot knife, pareuse, bench press, etc.
Choice of leather and color.
Hagop will teach you the "saddle stitch" technique, using two needles and a linen thread waxed with beeswax.
Personalize your creation with your initials.

Several workshops are available:

Leather card holder (2h30)
Leather glasses case (3h)
Leather belt in your own style (3h30): you choose the leather, the color and the buckle.
Shoulder bag (4h): you'll learn how to design a bag, including the most complicated part: sewing on volume. You'll have the opportunity to choose your accessories for a 100% unique bag.

Great workshop with Hagop who is passionate! It was a great experience even for someone like me who's not very handy. The leather is top quality and apparently lasts a lifetime! The belt is very beautiful too, and I received nothing but compliments. The atmosphere was very good and Hagop made you feel at ease right away. I can't recommend it enough!
