Have you already explored the basics of leatherworking and would like to go further? This Level 2 workshop, led by an experienced craftsman, will enable you to create a more complex object (wallet, belt, case, notebook...) while deepening your techniques. For 4 hours, you will be guided step by step to create a unique piece with meticulous finishing and real autonomy of gesture.
Workshop schedule (4h) :
- Introduction to advanced techniques: review of the basics, then approach to hand and machine sewing, assembly and careful finishing.
- Choice of project: wallet, belt, travel notebook, diary, pocket organizer or glasses case, the choice is yours.
- Selection of materials: leather, colors and accessories (buckles, buttons, fasteners), then cutting of pieces.
- Making and finishing: guided manufacture of your object, with sewing, assembly and final personalized touches.
You'll leave with an elegant, durable, entirely handmade object, and solid skills to continue your leatherwork apprenticeship.
