This workshop introduces you to leatherwork by creating your own oyster glove, an original and practical way to open oysters safely and elegantly.

Course of the workshop (2h) :

• Over a drink, Camille introduces you to the workshop, her tools and the course of the session.
• You select the leather of your choice from among the vegetable-tanned hides.
• You'll cut the leather using a variety of tools, and learn the first steps of leatherworking for a beautiful finish.
• The little plus: you can give your creation a unique touch by adding your initials or a message using the hot stamping machine.
• Finally, you assemble the different parts of your glove with rivets, for a solid, elegant finish.

To round off this iodized workshop, Camille invites you to test your glove with a tasting of oysters and Muscadet.
