After a flourishing career in Lebanon as a pastry chef and pastry instructor, Fadi will be delighted to share his passion with you in a workshop to create lemon meringue tarts in a joyful and convivial atmosphere!

Course of the workshop (2h30) :

Making pure butter shortbread pastry.
Making the lemon cream.
Making the meringue
Baking, then you'll leave with your very own lemon meringue tart - 4 to 6 slices- you'll be delighted!
