The chef welcomes you to her friendly workshop in the 14th arrondissement of Paris. She'll help you make lemon tarts. This will be an opportunity for you to learn how to master some fundamental gestures useful in pastry-making.

Course outline (2h30) :

• Discover the fundamentals of pastry-making & the techniques involved in your recipe of the day.
• We'll take you through all the steps involved in preparing your tarts: making a perfectly dark, crisp pastry, preparing a smooth, well-balanced lemon cream, working with textures and carefully assembling the tarts.
• Each participant will take home his or her own tartelettes, as well as the technical basics for easily reproducing them at home.

This activity is ideal as a Father's Day, Mother's Day or Christmas gift.
