The chef: Marianne Eliot. After traveling the world to heal others, Marianne has chosen to pass on her passion for well-being through gourmet delights.

Course of the workshop (2h30) :

  • Welcome to Marianne's warm kitchen, introduction to the recipe and presentation of ingredients.
  • Work on a crunchy base with organic flour, low in gluten and rich in authentic flavors, for a perfect contrast with the cream.
