• Understanding the turning technique, with single and double turning
• Shaping croissants and pains chocolat
• Understanding the rising and baking of viennoiseries
• Each participant leaves with his or her own pastries to enjoy at home.
• You'll receive an e-mail with the technical sheet for the recipe you created during the workshop, so you can reproduce it at home.
