How the Private Climbing Coaching works :

During this session, you'll improve your climbing skills. Suitable for beginners and advanced climbers alike, the coach's workshop will help you develop your skills.
For 1 hour, you'll enjoy a private lesson under the supervision of a climbing coach. He'll know how to adapt to your level without any worries.
The gym: inspired by bouldering at Fontainebleau, you can practice bouldering in this indoor gym at La Défense.
At the end of the course, you'll leave with a solid foundation, or a higher level if you've come to perfect your skills!

To make the most of your session, it's important not to forget anything!
You'll need a complete sports outfit, preferably soft, a padlock to lock your locker, a shower towel, and if you've got your climbing shoes and chalk, we recommend you bring them too.
