Course of the workshop (2h):

Introduction and tasting: you'll learn all about the manufacture of spirits and their use in cocktails. You'll also have the opportunity to taste a spirit and analyze its flavors.
Cocktail creation: personalized coaching, handling of professional equipment and creation of 4 original recipes using some 30 exceptional ingredients.
Cocktailpresentation and tasting: you present your recipe to the other participants and taste the cocktails together.
The workshop ends with the discovery of a rare and secret spirit.
