Join Patricia for a stained-glass mirror-making workshop! With her guidance, you’ll create a 30 x 40 cm stained-glass mirror from start to finish using the lead-jointing technique: you’ll select, cut, and assemble each piece of glass by hand!
Workshop Outline:
- Introduction to stained glass: the history of this art form and the basics of the lead-coming technique.
- Creative process: Select your design and pieces of glass to create your mirror exactly as you envision it.
- Cutting the glass: assembling and setting the pieces around your mirror, with personalized guidance from Patricia.
- Soldering and finishing: soldering the joints and cleaning your creation.
You’ll leave with your own unique stained-glass mirror, crafted entirely by your own hands! A unique and inspiring workshop, perfect for discovering the art of stained glass!
