- Tea-growing regions around the world: Discover the world’s major tea-producing countries and learn how the terroir influences the taste and character of each variety.
- Tasting of organic and premium teas: sample several types of tea—white, green, oolong, and pu-erh—and discover their distinct flavor profiles.
- Tea and Cheese Pairings: Explore the pairings between the teas you’ve tasted and a selection of five cheeses, and learn to identify the combinations that work best.
