Activity description :

Built in the 11th century, this priory is steeped in history. It has been home to a number of monks, including Charles de Ronsard. The poet took advantage of the priory's tranquil setting to write, and welcomed important figures such as Catherine de Médicis and Charles IX . You'll have the opportunity to visit Ronsard's home, the Chanoines refectory, and the priory gardens .

Opening hours

• Open 7 days a week, all year round
• January, February and March, closed Tuesdays: 10am-12.30pm and 2pm-5pm
• April and May : 10am-6pm
• June, July and August : 10am-7pm
• September and October: 10am-6pm
• November and December, closed Tuesdays: 10am-12.30pm and 2pm-5pm
• Annual closure on January 1 and December 25
