Come and discover the daily life and activities of prehistoric master-cutters! Young and old alike can learn more about French prehistory between -100,000 and -3000. You'll also have the chance to discover the 12th-century château in which the museum is housed.

• Open 7 days a week, all year round
• In January, February and March, closed on Tuesdays: 10am-12.30pm and 2pm-5pm
• Between April and June, daily: 10am-1pm and 2pm-6pm
• July and August, daily: 10am-7pm
• September and October, daily: 10am-1pm and 2pm-6pm
• November and December, closed Tuesdays: 10am-12.30pm and 2pm-5pm
• Annual closure on January 1 and December 25
