Come discover truffles from every angle through a variety of workshops that will teach you everything there is to know about this gourmet mushroom! From cultivation to the plate, you’ll learn how to taste and appreciate truffles through classes led by Yolaine and her husband, passionate truffle farmers.

Several workshops are available (1.5 hours):

• Truffle Tour and Tasting: a tour of the truffle farm and an introduction to the different tree species used in truffle cultivation. The tour is followed by a tasting of two truffle-infused dishes paired with a glass of wine.
• Truffle Cooking Workshop: a tour of the truffle farm followed by a cooking workshop where you’ll learn to prepare truffle-infused dishes. Tasting of the dish paired with a wine.

Whether you’d like to learn the basics of truffle tasting, explore possible pairings (dishes, cheeses, wines), or simply learn more about this exquisite and highly prized mushroom!
