Treat yourself to an artistic interlude in the heart of nature, in an inspiring and soothing setting. Whether you already practice watercolor or not, this one-day workshop is an invitation to slow down, observe and create.

The workshop takes place in the middle of the Massif des Vosges, immersed in nature, between walking and observational painting. During the watercolor sessions, you'll benefit from personalized guidance, in a caring and encouraging atmosphere, so that everyone progresses at their own pace, and with their own level.

Course of the day:

• Morning:
  • Morning meeting point at Metzeral train station
  • Approach walk in the mountains
  • First watercolour session* with coffee, herbal tea and snacks
  • Walk
  • Second watercolour session
• Lunch break:
  • A convivial snack in the heart of nature, with watercolours for those who wish to take part.
• Afternoon:
  • Walk to another viewpoint
  • Third watercolour session
• End of the day:
  • Return to the starting point with, if possible, a final session.

All watercolor sessions last about 1 hour and begin with a brief demonstration by the artist, to show gestures and techniques.

The day includes some walking and climbing: nothing technical, but you'll need to be comfortable walking and climbing lightly for a full day.
