Course of the workshop (2h30) :

• Welcome to the craft distillery and discovery of the site: brewery and stills area
• Presentation of the main stages in whisky production, from grain to blending
• Comparative tasting of several whiskies to identify different aromatic profiles: peaty, fruity, spicy, vanilla, etc.
• Introduction to the art of blending : experiment and create your own recipe according to your preferences.
• Bottling and labeling of your personalized cuvée
• Leave with your own unique 50cl bottle of whisky
