Course of the workshop (2h30) :
- Welcome and discovery of the distillery.
- Choice of recipe using 100% organic ingredients.
- Maceration: during this time, tour of the brewery-distillery and explanation of how to use the stills.
- Tasting of housespirits and Q&A.
- Distillation in a traditional copper still, a real throwback to the Roaring Twenties.
- Bottling: each participant leaves with a 20cl gin.
