Course of the workshop (2h) :

• Introduction to wine tasting: learn the basics of how to analyze a wine through its visual, olfactory and gustatory aspects.
• Tasting of 6 wines: guided exploration according to a chosen theme, highlighting the diversity of aromas and terroirs.
• Discovering grape varieties and winemaking: explanations of the influence of grape varieties, soils and winemaking methods on the taste and texture of wines.
• Tips and exchanges: discussion of ageing potential, food and wine pairing and tips to help you enjoy future tastings.
