The Wine Masterclass will allow you to taste 6 wines based on the chosen theme, with a section on basic wine tasting to teach you how to taste wine, beforeanalyzing the different grape varieties, what they contribute to the final product, the winemaking process, and the wines’ aging potential—so you’ll know when to open your favorite bottle.

Workshop Outline:

• Introduction to tasting: learning the basics of analyzing a wine through its visual, olfactory, and gustatory aspects.
• Tasting of 6 wines: a guided exploration based on a chosen theme, highlighting the diversity of aromas and terroirs.
• Exploring grape varieties and winemaking: explanations of how grape varieties, soils, and winemaking methods influence the taste and texture of wines.
• Tips and Discussion: A conversation about a wine’s aging potential, food and wine pairings, and tips for getting the most out of your future tastings.
