Discover the world of Champagne on a tour that will awaken your 5 senses. You'll go back in time to learn about the origin of the soils (sedimentary rock), the difficulties encountered in the 1900s, the different grape varieties, the work in the vineyard, and the new issues linked to global warming. These are just a few of the elements that make the conception of Champagne so exceptional!

Tour (1h30) :

• Explanations with videos or animations: how and why the Champagne region's soil is conducive to the production of Champagne; geology, climate, the hidden face of the vine, and all the work carried out by winegrowers and oenologists to create this sparkling wine.
• During this visit, all your senses will be stimulated: first touch and sight, then hearing, then smell, and finally taste, with the famous tasting.
• Tasting of 2 Champagnes from two different producers, from small winegrowers or from better-known houses. Grape juice will be available for children.
