Looking for a fun autumn activity for your kids? Discover the apple juice workshop offered by Fermes de Gally in Saint-Cyr-l'Ecole.
How the Apple Juice Workshop works: For 45 minutes, children will learn how to create their own homemade apple juice. They'll learn the secrets of the press and the grugette. An adult must be present for the farm visit. For children aged 5 to 12.
The apple juice workshop gives access to the entire Ferme de Gally in Saint-Cyr-l'Ecole, including a visit to the animals. Children can admire the goats, sheep, cows, pigs, hair, donkeys, pigs and chickens of the Ferme Ouverte. At least one accompanying adult must be present for the farm visit and activity.

Very good activity, well suited to children, very fun with a good leader. The only downside was the constant passage of other visitors who weren't registered for the activity, trying to get in the way. Fortunately, the activity leader was observant!

An instructive workshop for children and parents alike. The animator was able to guide this small group of very curious children with a smile. I'm not sure that the children retained all the terms, but the main thing is that they'll have good memories.

Absolutely PERFECT! Thank you. The children (4years and 6 years)loved the "atelier" The teacher was perfect..kept the children safe with gentle discipline and humour. A great learning experience. NB All is in FRENCH language.

A fun, educational activity. An excellent host in his approach. The tone of his voice, the explanations on the evolution of the apple tree to obtain the apple, this famous flower found inside the apple... everything was retained by my children. And the finale with the sensory questions while holding the glass of juice they couldn't wait to taste. Very nice touch of humor. Bravo bravo!!!!

Know before you go
- This activity takes place in September during apple season.
- Workshops are limited to about 20 children.
- Workshop participants are expected to arrive 15 minutes before the session begins. Please bring your reservation voucher with you.
- Registration for the apple juice activity is limited to children ages 5 through 12.
- Children remain the responsibility of their chaperones and parents, including during the activity.
- Please do not feed or pick up the animals for their well-being.
- The tour of Gally Farm is included in the workshop price.
- In case of rain or cold weather, we will bring the animals inside.

- Weekends & holidays: 10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
- Wednesday: 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM
- Île-de-France school breaks: 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
