What is Latte Art? It's a technique that involves pouring milk foam over the coffee to create a design, usually a heart or a rosetta. It's an impressive technique that creates a whole new coffee experience!

Course of the workshop (2h) :

• Theory: history, terroir, roasting, pressure extraction to obtain the perfect espresso, different milk frothing techniques.
• Practical: preparing an espresso, frothing milk and drawing the shapes you want.
