Learn to make espressos like a real barista, and surprise your friends and family with your own creations. The workshop will take place in a cellar between St-Michel and St-Germain-des-Prés, where many authors such as Oscar Wilde, Baudelaire, Rimbaud and many others came to find their inspiration.

Course of the workshop (2h):

• In the company of a professional barista, come and learn how to prepare an espresso in the rules of the art behind the bar with professional machines (Modbar).
• The workshop will cover topics such as terroir and roasting, pressure extraction and, of course, THE technique for preparing the perfect espresso!
• Then it's off to the coffee bar to put it into practice.
• Participants will be offered 2 packs of tasting coffee at the end of the workshop.

This workshop is perfect if you're a coffee lover! You'll have the opportunity to learn more about the processes that transform these tiny beans into the beverage we love so much.
